Responsibilities
- Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
- Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
- Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
- Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
- Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary
- Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time
- Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings
- Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued
- Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
- Experience in real estate industry preferred
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Proficient in property management software, such as Yard

Civil Engineer responsibilities and duties
- Analyse photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
- Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality

Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes - Communicate with team members as well as customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projects

Civil Engineer qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years civil engineering experience
- SE license is highly desirable
- Extensive AutoCAD experience

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The site supervisor’s responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.
To be successful as a site supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Site Supervisor Requirements:
- Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- CPR and first aid certifications.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Core Responsibilities
Tele Calling
• Calling Leads and qualifying the lead for site visit (Handling Customer
Inquiry). Attending In-bound and outbound marketing calls to leads
generated through various marketing activates.
• Responsible for entire pre-sales function, from leads handling to customer site visit to closure
• Providing information to clients with real estate requirement over
calls, email, WhatsApp
• Follow-up with Customer. Doing regular follow-ups and ensuring customer site visit.
• Addressing issues & feedbacks from your clients – over calls, site visit
and post visit follow-ups
• Co-coordinating with sales team after site visit, updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports. Daily tracking and reporting of lead metrics
• Manage and solve client queries, concerns and grievances. Resolve
customer complaints quickly and effectively
Site Sales
• Convert prospects into clients by show-casing projects and inventories best matching to their needs and requirements.
• Use leads shared by the company with an objective to turn them into
customers. Generate self-leads (Through referrals, business directories) to convert them into customers.
• Follow-up with customers over telephone, email, and WhatsApp – visit
customers at their preferred venues, provide end-to-end guidance to
customers during site visit and post site visits.
Overall
• Client Data Management – Collecting and updating the database and
CRM. Scheduling meetings and assigning the lead to the ground sales
team.
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Experience
4-5 years of Experience as Real Estate Sales and Site Visit Sales with any
Real Estate Company or Real Estate Affiliated Company. Must
have experience of Tele-Calling, Tele-Pitching and sales conversion.
